What is your turnaround time?
Orders are usually dispatched within 7-10 working days unless otherwise stated.
Design Your Own Products
Please allow us up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase to make your items and dispatch to you.
Please do not order if you require the item sooner than stated. If you require an item sooner contact us via our contact page on the website.
Can I place a custom order?
We are not taking any custom orders currently, however we now have a 'Design Your Own' category for our party hats, crowns & tutus. Choose the colours and trims that match your party theme.
What clothing size should I choose?
Please see our size guide before ordering, as the size you choose at checkout will be used to make your item.
How do I wash my items?
You will be sent a care card with washing instructions in your parcel.
We recommend spot cleaning tutus however you can hand wash in cool water if needed. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY/ DO NOT IRON! Hang to dry, we recommend finger combing through your tutu and hang to store. For a fuller look, pull the layers apart and finger comb inside out. To prolong the life of your tutu hang to store.
Hats are spot clean only with a damp cloth, be careful not to soak the fabric party hats as they have hat card inside them.
Our Dog bandanas are hand wash only, no hotter than 30 degrees. Use a non bio detergent and hang to dry. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY. Iron on reverse on a warm setting (2 dots) without steam. Do not iron on the text as it will melt and damage your iron.

How do I pay?
The website accepts PayPal and credit/debit cards via PayPal. We do not hold any payment information or card details on our systems.
To pay by card, click create an account in the paypal window, enter your card details and leave the account sign up at the bottom clear if you dont want to open an account with Paypal.
Discount codes
Our discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and are not valid on market night products.
Do you have a social media page?
Yes. we have links at the bottom of our website to our Facebook, Instagram pages.
How Secure is this store?
All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal use the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected and securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
What is your exchange/return policy?
We do not offer refunds on our handmade items, however we are happy to exchange our non personalised bandanas for a different size. Please allow us up to 7 days to remake your item and a further 2-3 working days delivery time (postage fees will apply).
We dont accept refunds on our party pups items.
If you wish to exchange or have any issues with your order please contact us using the contact form on our website stating your

-Reason for return/issue
and we will get back to you within 48hrs.
You will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with a return address which must be returned to us within 14 days of the package receipts date. The item must be returned in the condition it was sent including any tags, care cards and delivery packaging slip.
Return shipping costs will be at your expense. Proof of return delivery must be obtained.
Exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.
